I haven’t received my delivery, what should I do?

Whilst we always endeavour to ensure deliveries are made within the timescales quoted, sometimes deliveries can be delayed. If you have not received your order we ask you to wait up-to 10 working days before contacting us as most deliveries will be delivered within this timeframe. We would also request that you check with neighbours and at your local post office to make sure your delivery is not waiting for you there.

Can I return or exchange my facelet?

Due to the nature of the product and current health regulations, in most cases products may not be exchanged or returned for resale once despatched. We can only accept returns if:

  • The product is defective or damaged

  • The product is not as ordered/detailed on our website

Please inspect the goods on delivery and let us know immediately of any issues. Should you receive a faulty product, in terms of materials or construction, please email us photographic evidence of the fault.

Items must be returned within 14 calendar days from delivery.

Items must be unused and be in their original packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the goods being received by us.

Refunds will be given as credit to the original payment method.
